Informative, educational information, online forums, local 'real-world' support group information, a bookstore specializing in media about depression and a newsletter are provided. Special areas are devoted to related issues including suicide and adolescents. National DBSA membership program and chapter information is also included. This is an informative site for the patient as well as their family members.

The website includes information on alternative treatments, early-onset bipolar, the link between bipolar and creativity and where to find help. The BPhoenix1 site also contains humor, poetry, artwork, links to other sites, and information on how to join their very active online support group. This website is excellent and worth the visit!
