Mentalwellness.com is a mental health information Web site directed toward patients, families and caregivers. They give up-to-date news, a glossary of mental health terms, brief descriptions of mental health problems/illnesses, history, etc. This site is very well designed and should prove to be useful to everyone.

    Survival tips for schizophrenia sufferers relating to stress, diet and cognitive therapy. A host of other tips on auditory hallucinations as well. The focus of the website is on non drug treatments for the disease, with a focus on cognitive therapy. However, be clear that schizophrenia is a brain-based neurological disorder which is best and most primarily treated with medications. Psychotherapy is an important allied therapy but it should not be relied upon in the absense of medication.
