  • In addition to offering assistance to departments, employees, and household members, LifeWatach EAP can also address organizational problems. LifeWatch EAP has over 20 years experience helping Companies address such problems as downsizing, organizational change, inappropriate management behavior,turnover, chronic conflict,and inadequate teamwork.

    The delivery of these services is based upon active, visible account management by LifeWatch staff. Our account managers work with company representatives to customize and to determine the optimal program design to implement for each company.
